It's not a very interesting topic for Blog but it deserves it.
So far we could only create SRs and assign generic term "Technical Issue" to it.
I was creating a SR today for a customer and Oh my God!
Would this help to speed up problem resolution? we will see :-)
WoW great news indeed! FDMEE really deserve it as I can feel that support will have to deal with many bugs and regressions!
