WoW you can finally set the Problem Type for FDMEE Service Requests in Oracle Support

Finally, it's here.

It's not a very interesting topic for Blog but it deserves it.

So far we could only create SRs and assign generic term "Technical Issue" to it.

I was creating a SR today for a customer and Oh my God!
Would this help to speed up problem resolution? we will see :-)
